Welcome to Breaze! By accessing or using our website (breaze.app) and related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Breaze ("we", "us", or "our").
2. Beta Access & Changes
Breaze is currently in beta development. This means:
- Features are experimental and may change, be limited, or be withdrawn without notice
- We do not guarantee uptime, availability, or performance
- Beta features may contain bugs or errors
- Your feedback helps us improve, but we cannot implement all suggestions
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time without liability.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use our Services or join the beta waitlist. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
If you are accessing the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

- Occasional tips and wellness content
You may unsubscribe from promotional emails at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link in any email or by contacting us at info@breaze.app. Please note that you may still receive transactional or administrative communications.

The Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

- That the results obtained from using the Services will be accurate or reliable
- That any defects will be corrected

10. Limitation of Liability

- Damages resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Services
- Any conduct or content of third parties on the Services
- Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your data
Our aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the greater of €50 (fifty euros) or the amount you paid us (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim.

- Your violation of any rights of another party
- Any content you submit or transmit through the Services
12. Governing Law & Venue
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or related to them or the Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Vilnius, Lithuania, and you irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may also have the right to bring a claim in the courts of your country of residence.
13. Changes to the Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Effective date" at the top of this page and may notify you via email or through the Services.
Your continued use of the Services after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Services.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.
15. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Breaze regarding the Services and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and communications, whether oral or written.
